When you ignore someone you won't see their comics or comments on the site and they won't be able to contact you.
Go to the user's profile page by clicking on their name wherever you see it on the site and click on the Ignore button on the right side of the screen
Once you've clicked on the ignore button, it will show that the user is ignored.
If you decide you want to un-ignore someone, go to your Settings page and click on Ignored users at the bottom.
