Troubleshooting: Flash Player

Go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ - it will list your current version, and the latest version available.

In this instance, I can see I have version 10.0.32.18 installed, but the latest version is 10.0.42.34. To update, click on the Player Download Center link and follow the instructions.

Once you've updated, visit the first link again to make sure you are now up to date.
