Q: Can I change my Username? I made a mistake when I entered it!
A: Yes, but only if you haven't saved any strips or scenes, or posted any comments. To change your name, log in and go to your account page.

Q: How do I edit a strip?
A: Click on the pencil icon in the bottom right of the bitstrip See Editing Strips for more information.

Q: Can I edit a published strip without losing its ratings and comments?
A: Unfortunately, no - we recommend waiting to publish a strip for an hour or two, take a break and then come back to it before you publish. If you see any changes you want to make, edit it and publish the updated strip.

Q: Can I upload my own props, artwork or background?
A: No, not at this time - it's something we're considering adding in the future. In the meantime, if there's a particular piece of art you're looking for, consider adding it to the Art Requests wiki page, we'll do our best to add the most requested artwork to the builders first

Q: My views/laughs/groans/kudos went down! What's up with that?
A: A strip's stats can fluctuate from time to time as its totals are updated in our database. Every day an accurate count is updated on a strip, but during the day between updates the stats displayed are only approximate to cope with traffic. Don't worry - we haven't lost any of your stats, but at certain points they may be higher than they are.
